David Beckham could've swapped football for modelling at Fashion Week.

The former Manchester United legend, 49, has tried his hand at modelling for brands such as Calvin Klein in the past but it appears that Beckham stole the show at Milan Fashion Week. The former midfielder jetted out to the Italian city and sat centre-stage alongside some huge names.

David opted for a smart navy suit for his outing with a matching navy polo-neck sweater as he made his way into the Boss Womenswear Spring/Summer 2025 collection show at Milan Fashion Week. While entering the venue for the glitzy event, Becks placed his hand on his torso before going in to take his seat while flashing his smile at onlookers.

The sportsman found himself sitting alongside some big names at the show, with Vogue editor-in-chief Dame Anna Wintour to one side, and Hugo Boss CEO Daniel Griefer to the other. Dame Anna, 74, looked sensational as she opted for a maroon floor-length leather-style jacket.

Underneath, the fashion and editorial icon rocked a blue and white dress with her famous Chanel sunglasses that she is rarely seen without. Although he was known for his skills on the pitch during his heyday, David is now also known for his style, as well as being the husband of former Spice Girls star turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham. Over the years, the pair have collaborated in the fashion industry, famously releasing their DVB Jeans.

David's outing comes after he launched his football punditry career after he agreed to a new TV role in America. He appeared on CBS Sports on Tuesday alongside hosts Kate Abdo and Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards. He dropped the news about his partnership with Paramount+, which will give birth to an alternative broadcast named Beckham and Friends - giving a fresh spin to the network's coverage of the Champions League.

Beckham spilt the beans about the new venture while chatting it up in the studio: "Like you guys, I love watching the game. I like watching the game a certain way with family and friends. So, it’s going to be that kind of thing, where I’m sat there watching the games, commenting on the games with friends, talking about the games, and not sometimes talking about the games."

He later revealed that guests on his new show won't need to be football experts, but the "bar is quite high" for those who get an invite. The 49-year-old hinted that each episode of the "watch party"-style altcast will likely feature a different celebrity pal. When Jamie Carragher cheekily suggested that Beckham's close mate and ex-teammate Gary Neville might not make the cut, the former footballer simply responded with a "no" followed by a hearty laugh.

This deal with Paramount+ is part of a growing trend in sports broadcasting where multiple versions of the same event are presented, each with different commentary teams providing candid discussion. A prime example in the US is the 'ManningCast' - an ESPN show hosted by NFL legends Peyton and Eli Manning, now in its fourth season.
