Cian Healy feels the love as he makes history for Ireland
by Derek Foley · Irish MirrorCian Healy, arriving in from the bench for Andrew Porter in the 67th minute against Australia, made his 134th Ireland appearance, a record and surpassing Brian O'Driscoll's 133.
The roar at the Aviva was quite the thing for a player who made his debut against the same opposition, Australia, in November 2009.
"It felt good, a good feeling," said Healy afterwards having opened the day walking onto the pitch with both his children.

"Yeah I enjoyed that it was brilliant. Remarkably well behaved when they walked out. There was a fear one of them would take a bolt.
"Tricky singing Amhrán na bhFiann'. Cracked up a bit so eh I dunno why. There wasn’t anything particularly on my mind.
"A lot of emotion during the week. I wasn’t blocking it out or anything like that. I just had to take a moment."
There was pride in that Ireland won, it is a match he will keep and intends having another look at - but don't write him off, he wants more!
"I’m not driven by the number of caps. It is not something that pushes me on like winning and success with the group, trophies and that drives me on.
"Please god now I can keep playing and not get injured or anything like that and Simon (Easterby) might consider me for the Six Nations.
"I’d like to sit down and just watch the game at some point over the next few days. It’s what I do with most games and how I start my review. But it would be nice to sit down with the family and watch it at home."
