Somy On Maids Informing Her About Salman-Aishwarya's Blooming Love 'She Started Coming To His Gym'

Somy Ali shared witnessing ex-couple, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai's love being blossomed in front of her eyes. She also added how her servants informed her about the same.

Aishwarya Rai and her ex-lover, Salman Khan, once used to paint the town red with their mushy bond. The ex-couple fell head-over-the-heels in love with one another on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam back in 1999. Well, after a few years, in 2002, the couple broke up reportedly because of the actor's abusive nature. Cut to now, Aishwarya is married to Abhishek Bachchan and is a hands-on mom to Aaradhya. On the other hand, Salman is still unmarried. Before Aishwarya, Salman was in a relationship with Somy Ali, who recently shared some unheard anecdotes about Aishwarya and Salman's relationship.

Somy Ali recalls how Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan's love story blossomed 

Salman Khan was in a relationship with Somy Ali from 1991 to 1999, and then the couple broke up, and the actor found solace in Aishwarya's arms. In a recent conversation with Zoom, the actress revealed how Aishwarya and Salman's relationship bloomed. The actress shared that the shoot for Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam was going on, and she called Salman, who didn't pick up her call.

Somy stated that after Salman dodged her call, she called SLB, who said that the actor was busy shooting. The actress further added that she cross-questioned the director that if the shooting was going on how could he pick up the call instead of directing the movie? Somy said that SLB got concerned and didn't know what to say. In Somy's words:

"The shoot was going on when I called up Salman but he didn't pick up. Then I called Sanjay Leela Bhansali and he said, 'he can't speak to you right now because he's in a shot'. I was like 'if he in a shot, why aren't you directing it? Why are you picking up my phone call?' The logic defied me. He was cornered by me and didn't know what to say."

Somy Ali reveals Aishwarya started coming to Salman's gym, and servants informed her about the duo's blooming love

In the same interview, Somy Ali revealed that after the incident, Aishwarya started coming to Salman Khan's gym in Galaxy apartment, where she and the actor used to live on the ground floor. When asked if Salman and Aishwarya's love story began in the gym, Somy shared that the ex-couple fell in love during the shoot of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Somy mentioned that she was getting information from the servants inside, who were in her favour. Somy further added that she would somehow know that Aishwarya and Salman's relationship would blossom into something deeper, and it was her time to move on. In Somy's words:

"No, Aishwarya and Salman fell in love during the shooting of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. I was getting information from the servants inside who favoured me. I knew in my heart that their relationship was something that's gonna blossom. I knew it's time for me to leave."

Aishwarya Rai once revealed the reason for her breakup with Salman Khan

Aishwarya Rai is a strong woman who never shies away from standing her ground. After her breakup with Salman, she never really talked about it and always ignored it, even when the actor was mentioned in the topic. Well, in an interview in 2002, Aishwarya revealed the reason for her breakup with Salman. She revealed how she stood beside the actor in his worst phases, and in turn, she received his abusive treatment. The actress also added that Salman hounded her and even tried to hurt himself, when she was not picking up his calls, and for all of these reasons, just like any other self-respecting woman, she ended that relationship.
