Debenhams 'warm but not bulky' coat slashed by 55% is as waterproof as it is windproof

Shoppers on the hunt for a new weatherproof coat this winter are snapping up a Mountain Warehouse number with a massive 55% discount at Debenhams. The Waterproof 3 In 1 Long Padded Jacket Coat has a full RRP of £219.99 but it has been slashed to £99.99 at the online retailer, for a limited time.

Available in black, khaki, navy and grey in sizes six to 18, the Alaskan Waterproof 3 In 1 Long Padded Jacket Coat is perfect for when you need a 'warm but not bulky' waterproof and windproof outer layer. It's not only fully rainproof but lightweight and breathable, making it equal parts stylish and functional.

The jacket features a removable padded inner for added warmth on colder days and a waterproof outer with taped seams and an adjustable hood to keep you protected in heavy rain. However, one shopper was not impressed with the Alaskan Waterproof 3 In 1 Long Padded Jacket Coat at all, saying it has a 'totally useless internal pocket' and giving it a one-star review. They said: "The coat was expensive. The internal pocket was not sewn at the bottom of the pocket, therefore was totally useless, so was not a pocket at all. I actually lost my mobile phone which I had put in the pocket, assuming it was an actual pocket."

But somebody else loved their latest Debenhams purchase, adding: "Absolutely love this coat. Was a bit unsure whether to order because I thought the puffer part of the coat may have been too puffy but it's just right. Very well made and can't wait to try it in the colder weather. Very pleased with this coat and even better at half price."
